GeerStreet, LLC is a North Carolina based consulting firm located in Durham. The company started in 2001 as GeerStreet Media, specializing in media strategies, urban and community marketing, and project management. In 2009 GeerStreet Media expanded its services and created GeerStreet, LLC.
Today GeerStreet LLC focuses its collective experiences and expertise in three primary service areas: marketing, media, and international education. While each discipline has its own unique skill sets services are integrated to meet multi-faceted projects needs confronting many clients today.

Donald Baker, M.Ed. is CEO for GeerStreet, LLC. Mr. Baker has more than 30 years experience producing and distributing radio and television programs, managing and constructing radio stations, and educating and training media professionals. He is marketing and media consultant for GeerStreet LLC developing strategic plans and implementing solutions involving media and media markets in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Chicago, Detroit, Memphis, and other metro areas in the U.S. Prior to starting GeerStreet, LLC. Mr. Baker produced and distributed programs for television and radio programs on PBS and the Public Radio Satellite System targeting multicultural audiences. Mr. Baker, an educator, taught broadcast and communication courses at North Carolina State University, North Carolina Central University, and Shaw University.

Ibrahim Siddiq, M.Ed.,PMP is a managing partner at GeerStreet LLC. Mr. Siddiq, a training developer and project manager has extensive experience in training, course design, presentation, and training management. In addition to his work in consulting and business development, Mr. Siddiq works in multicultural environments and participates in international forums. Specialties include curriculum development & instructional design, training & development management, Information management consulting, business development, and project management. Mr. Siddiq, an American citizen, is a resident in Saudi Arabia and currently works in selected project and program management areas for Saudi Arabian Airlines.

Dr. Deirdre Guion is the Consumer Behavior, Marketing Research and Business Marketing –Instructor of Record at the School of Business, North Carolina Central University. Her primary research interests are informed by the anthropological and sociological aspects of consumer behavior, particularly the manifestation of consumer constraints. Dr. Guion managed a diverse portfolio of clients nationwide to include Maybelline, and Hanes Hosiery. She has facilitated focus groups for OTC Weight Loss Supplements, Salt Lake City, UT; Phoenix Healthcare, Nashville, TN; and Low-Fat Nature Valley Granola and Basic 4 cereals. Dr. Guion was the lead moderator for the GeerStreet focus groups on diabetes, and hypertension. Dr. Guion is the research and data manager for GeerStreet marketing projects.
Nicole Bowman is founder of Blackberri Entertainment & Urban Media. The company is a multi-media platform for communication and entertainment services which include social media, theater, and video productions. Nicole is well versed in “new communication strategies” managing social media to develop and reach new markets. She Nicole coordinated the Raleigh/Durham Leadership Committee Hip Hop Caucus’ Respect My Vote Campaign! The campaign culminated in the coproduction of a town hall meeting with Black Entertainment Television. Other credits include:
